GSNS Room 7 2017

VISITING OUR SCHOOL LIBRARY We love the new library layout.  The new couches and spacious areas are great for shared reading. We also like to settle into a quiet book by ourselves sometime.  We are learning how to issue, return, renew and search for library items using our catalogue.  As part of our home learning we are also sharing what we are reading with others.  Promoting authors and books we like is part of our weekly homework sharing.  Check out our photos from our library time!

SHOWING RESPONSIBILITY AROUND THE SCHOOL This week we showed responsibility by creating some drama performances to help our new entrant buddy class (Kindle 1) learn about road safety.   We considered important key words, strong hand gestures and a script to help Kindle 1 learn how to be safe.   

INTRODUCING ROOM 7 2017  Welcome to our class blog.  We look forward to sharing our work with you. You will see in our blog posts that we are active learners.  We especially enjoy using drama and science across the curriculum. We are also positive learners who like to have fun and work cooperatively.  We try our very best so that we can be proud of our achievements.  We hope that you enjoy learning more about us through our posts.
